Poor service. After being billed as the man to see to get rid of rats Paul couldn't even be bothered to phone me personally to tell me that he did want my job. He spike to me the day before for over 40 mins and promised he'd come I. The morning or evening but didn't bother. When I phoned and left a message as he hadn't called, his SECRETARY, called and cancelled the appointment on some excuse of another job. When I confronted her she said it was in fair to expect Paul to travel to Colchester from tiptree!!!!!! Some advise: don't advertise that you cover Colchester then. And have the courage to tell your customers what you can and can't do instead of wasting their time. I don't bother writing reviews normally but I'm so shocked at the unprofessionalism here, as I've now been left for 48 hours with three children under 8 in a rat infested house, for two whole days on a promise. Wow. Great service. DO NOT EVER USE.
