Please avoid these people at all costs, they call themselves a Property Management Company, what a joke, these people have no idea about management, I lived in one of their managed properties for 6 years, and the Gas safety was never checked on time often left months out of date, my deposit wasn't protected for nearly 3 months, I reported them to Epping council for shocking maintenance regarding health and safety issues, the list goes on, please if you're a landlord don't use this outfit and if your a perspective tenant do yourself a favor and look elsewhere otherwise you will regret it, just look at other reviews.
